SpringHill Suites by Marriott Orangeburg

The overnight person was so nice and so was the breakfast lady. The room was spotless and very nice. I will go out of my way in future travels if I have to just to stay there. Everyone who works there deserves a raise.

Super quiet, Clean room both heat and ac worked well. Plenty of room to move around. Bed was comfy and they had lots of pillows to choose from. There was a little wear and tear in the bathroom. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Would have liked a lotion. Breakfast was good but don’t wait. I came down at 8:30 am and some of the coffee was gone and sparse on Cereal but eggs and sausage were fine. other than that it was a decent stay and a great place to stop for the night or the week.

Very nice staff! As a person who hates staying in hotels, I bring my cleaning products & do a detailed cleaning. The room was not bad, but the bathroom could use a good sweeping or mopping to remove hair from the floor. Other than that, it was very accommodating.

The rooms were emaculant and the staff was warm and friendly. Also the breakfast was the best we've had at any hotel we've stayed at and the breakfast staff was very nice ,friendly and helpful. Food was fresh and hot and she made sure everything was stocked from the waffle batter to the coffee lids and condiments..We were really impressed by her hospitality. We wish we could give you all 10 stars Well done SPRINGHILL SUITES WELL DONE !!

I had a glitch with my booking and called and Amanda (overnight) had an out of the box quick thinking solution which I loved and appreciated. Before I hung up she asked for my phone number and an idea of when I’d arrive and it felt like she was taking it to make sure I was safe traveling and she was looking out for me. This morning at check out a different Amanda (daytime) helped me. She was lovely too. All members of the staff that I encountered were friendly and helpful. I called before writing this and spoke to the manager Keneisha to confirm who helped me and feel like she’s helpful and really cares about her employees. I believe she liked hearing what I had to say. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. It was quiet. It was a very nice stay.

The staff, from the GM, Assistant GM, I-Janae and especially Allen were absolutely amazing. The A/C worked like no other hotel I have stayed at. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable. We had our hands full and I cannot get over the compassionate support from every single person that assisted us. We have marked this hotel as a favorite as we drive through often from Ohio to Florida.

Room was clean and comfortable, but two of the lights didn't work. Elevators were dirty needed to be swept and the maintenance area was was a total wreck. I would have liked a little more eye appeal.

Loved my stay here! Check-in was quick and easy. Room was spacious and clean. I had the two queen bed suite. I highly recommend!
